Dialysis Transportation
You Can Count On
Missing dialysis is not an option. We specialize in recurring, on-time rides for dialysis patients across Chicagoland and Central Illinois โ because your treatment schedule can't wait.
Built Around Your Treatment Schedule
Dialysis patients need 3 rides per week, every week. We understand that consistency isn't a luxury โ it's a medical necessity.
Recurring Ride Scheduling
Set up your weekly dialysis schedule once. We handle the rest โ same driver, same time, every session.
On-Time, Every Time
We know dialysis centers have strict arrival windows. Our operators are trained to be early, not just on time.
Door-to-Door Assistance
We escort you from your front door to the treatment chair and back โ no navigating alone.
Ambulatory & Wheelchair
We serve both ambulatory and wheelchair patients with appropriate vehicles and trained operators.
Medicaid & Medicare Accepted
We work with Illinois Medicaid (HFS), Modivcare, WellRyde, and Medicare Advantage plans.
Dispatch Support
Need to adjust a pickup time? Our dispatch team is available to help coordinate your rides.
How to Get Started
Setting up recurring dialysis transportation is simple.
Check Your Coverage
If you have Illinois Medicaid, you likely qualify for free NEMT rides. Call your broker (Modivcare: 1-866-503-9040) to get your RTN number, or schedule private pay directly with us.
Schedule Your Rides
Use our online scheduling form or call dispatch. Tell us your dialysis center, treatment days, and pickup times. We'll set up your recurring schedule.
We Handle the Rest
Your operator will arrive at your door before your pickup time, assist you to the vehicle, and escort you into your treatment facility.
Return Trip Included
We coordinate your return ride after treatment. No waiting, no calling for a ride when you're exhausted โ we're already there.
Dialysis Service Areas
We serve dialysis patients across 9 Illinois counties.
Chicagoland Region
- Cook County
- Will County
- DuPage County
- Lake County
- Kendall County
- Winnebago County
We Know What It Means to Need a Ride
MMT was founded by Sherice and Melvin Buckley โ a kidney donor and a cancer survivor. They experienced firsthand how a missed ride can derail a treatment plan. That's why dialysis transportation isn't just a service for us. It's personal.
